Thankyou Ted and others for your information and views. A critical issue is to provide better outcomes for people with risk reduced harm occurring. Sometimes it is not just the illness but the chronic overlay that continues on in life after the acute event that becomes the most valued when we relate it to the quality of life. Every moment is precious and compounds to a life well lived without pain or fear. Just IMO.
