In answer to your question re the announcement - I guess we now know why Dr Sun has his stake split into two. Require 5% (or 38.5m shares) to be a substantial holder.
Not totally sure of this - but if it is legally possible, Dr Sun can still acquire another 5m shares (on his smaller holding account) before a notice is required. Keeps it under the radar (except for Aj 'blowing his cover' lol) and a better price for him.
But why would Dr Sun be quietly accumulating now??
As his number one impersonator (lol), I think I have an inkling.
