I'm just wondering in Nov and Aug '08 Top 20 Shareholders there...

    I'm just wondering in Nov and Aug '08 Top 20 Shareholders there is Mr Ming SUn and Mrs Alice SUn listed. If Rank 4 on the current Top 20 list should read Mrs ALice Sun she would not have to announce she has bought more shares as she is not a director or part of management......is this correct or do family members also need to advise shareholders of their stakes in companies?
