Your remark about Dr. Vos holding nil shares seems to be wrong.

According to the Appendix 3Z filing Dr. Vos holds 283,077 shares.

As for his resignation, that could have been for any number of reaosns that have nothing to do with the company. Maybe his medical practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico was taking all his attention. Maybe he was finding it inconvenient to travel to Oz for board meetings. Maybe he has develped competing interests. Maybe he wants to spend more time skiing.

Who knows?

I don't think that the resignation of this particular director is particularly meaningful.
