    Hi thunder


    Excuse my ignorance on the topic but would having a board position and heading the shareholder group be seen as a conflict of interests by the asx or whatever the appropriate governing body is ,ie having too many vested interests, nearly a type of insider trading?

    Would it inevitably mean the DR couldn't "advise" the flock once he obtained the position?
