There are issues and IMO Dr J may not wish to wear both caps - There are plenty of folks who could look after the Alpacas. Hold an informal meeting of the group so we get to know a bit about each other and a leader will come to the fore.
I believe that if we can get the support of over a billion shares we could seek more than one board representation.
