I think the point you make is absolutely valid.
That this was a shallow well above the level likely to encounter hydrocarbons with the timing strategically very significant. Keeping the lease on DR11 is IMHO highly important. The result is not unexpected.
So the AD keeps getting better and better, we still have DR11 for late and DR455 will be drilled soon by NWE.
