The question of course is, what price would the shares be at to cover some of the 625 million in CAPEX? ;-)
No doubt the news is positive.
However, would I put a cent into NKP currently? No chance.
I still don't trust these guys.
I want to see someone else put some coin in first (insto, DRA, X, Anglo etc) before I will follow suit.
I think it is clear from today's announcement that ARM cannot stop NKP and NKP has the DMR's backing.
ARM's perceived issues are with the DMR and with this decision and the Minister's recent comments, it is clear that the message being sent by the DMR is: if you think you have a case, take us on.
I would also like to see some detailed financial figures. The figures presented today paint a rosy picture but I could find no where what PGM basket price was used, what exchange rate etc.
