Why the cap at 14c? it doesnt matter really. Though i am of the opinion its to soften longs for a low ball soft partial take over at a modest premium.

If DRA investing at 30c, is not evidence enough of value above the capper, a bright flashing sign, with arrow, pointing opportunity here, what else is?

IMO Its just time to bight the bullet, and hold on, and decide if your volume works for you. Dont ask later at 20-30-40-75c if you'd like to top up. Let the rest of the market pay that.
