nathan - i think nkpo will be honoured , if they renege after mentioning it is announcements a couple of times they will leave themselves open.
For what it is worth i had a contact much closer to the action than i who previously had been negative about the options coming good, change their tune lately. So i for the time being will give them the benefit of the doubt.
