The Govt's both state and Federal are working to prop up people and businesses financialy so that there is an economy to function as this either burns itself out of the vaccination process is available and works.

AS far a "lassize faire" economies go , show me one western econpmy that is actually open, we live in a mixed econpmy situation, free enterprise to a point with government regulations to protect people and the economy. No Ayn Rand anywhere here.

That's a nonsense to begin with. What they are saying is that they are only countenancing two options and are corralling us down a path.

They refuse to consider eradication now which is an option still available to us.
