Was going to post this on Friday, but thought Mon might be better. It outlines the where, when and why, of what is going to happen with Esperance. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like like, MacArthur got their way with the Helix Dumper being installed and used. This Draft, calls for a new multi-user train unloader, (not MacArthur only). The timeline for installment, is on the 0 - 5 year plan. (existing RCD to be replaced in approx. 2032, market dependant). RCD = Remote Car Dumper. Port Facilities are for all users.!!!!

The MacArthur Fan Club will be upset, as no doubt evident on the other Site. Going by the comments there, this morning, it was like they had a new bike for Xmas, minus the bike chain. Never mind, there are better things in the wind.

Lake Giles, up and running by 2024.??? (maybe). Port of Esperance semi ready by 2026.??? (possible). All depends on the objections, the updates to the Final Draft and the IO Market. Or is there another player.!!!!
