    True, but that agreement (and others "subject too") is the least of their worries. A small excert from a link below...."Western Australia’s mining industry is facing an unprecedented crisis following a recent landmark lawsuit won by billionaire Andrew Forrest that could mean hundreds or even thousands of mining tenements granted to industry have never existed".

    In a nutshell, it means if you don't (or didn't) submit all your documents at the time of application, then your Mining or Exploration Permit is null and void. So technically speaking, anyone can grab Lake Giles and apply, unless the WA Govt steps in and introduces legislation. Bummer.!!!!!

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but MacArthur haven't lodged all their documents. So, that would make their tenament/s up for grabs, unless they fight it in a Court of Law. $$$$$$ down the gurgler.
