    The spinoff is all smoke and mirrors. The BFS and the PMP wont be out until at least June 2022. Fact.!!! You also realize, MacArthur doesn't pay dividends to stockholders.!!!! The only way you make money, is trade the stock, or find someone (gullible) who wants to buy the stock, if it ever increases in value. I commented some months ago, the price would drop too .38 and others on the floor said, "surely you jest" don't you mean .35.... Of course that was shunned by the MacArthur Fan Club here, yet here we are, at .34
