Here's reality. The Draft Port Master Plan (DPMP) was on display until the end of Oct 2021. The closing date of 31 Oct, gave People, Community Groups, Companies and interested Parties, up-to that time to put forward Suggestions and Objections on the Draft. In Nov 2021, these Suggestions and Objections, will be reviewed by the State Port Authority and Interested Parties (MacArthur etc). They have 30 days, in which to reply. Now we are in Dec 2021. The State Govt of WA closes over the Xmas period from 15 Dec 2021 to 15 Feb 2022.

The Federal Govt is due to call an Election, in either Mar 2022, or May 2022, around the release of the Federal Budget. If the Election is called for Mar 2022, the State Govt of WA isn't going to give two hoots about any Draft Port Master Plan. Before the Draft can be classed as Final, it must be debated in the upper and lower legislation chambers and voted on, as to wether it fit's within current State Budget forecasts. Once approved, it then gets signed off by the Minister. Maybe around Jun 2022.

The BFS needs the inclusion of the Final Plan.
