Green Steel would be nice, but that's at least 20 - 30 years away. Hydrogen Power, another topic on it's own. Australia does'nt have enough fresh water, to create the Hydrogen needed, except in the Artisian Basin and the Nat's wont give a % of that up, nor the Greens Party. The options would be dam existing abandonded Mine Sites and capture the tropical deluge from the NT for future use, (from Ind Matt Cannavan) or build another two Desalination Plants. Cost for the one at Kurnell (way back) was $1.8b.
