My reference was to the (16h) multi-user train unloader. Not a multi-use, as in containers, nickle, copper etc. (16c) as per the Doc, is the current Container hardstand,?? which is to be relocated to a new hardstand area. Although on the diagram, it is listed as just (16). Typo maybe. As it's a draft, the final will have the correct layout.
