    Imo, Esperance masterplan is about multi users...including other iron ore miners having access at port of esperance.
    This group was formed http://myig.com.au/membership.php.
    Another factor in the future would have MinRes WA royalties expired and running out of iron ore with all that equipment at Carina & koolyanobbing mines...
    All of MinRes port space could become availble? Seems there may be a untold story to be told here..
    So a multi users iron ore loading sytem has always been in the equation...
