Increase in Oil Production Set to Deliver Self Funded Expansion
Red Forks gross revenue from oil production alone has now increased to approximately A$4,000,000 per annum at todays spot price for oil of approximately US$65.00 per barrel.
Note they have drilled more wells since this time but revenue is still stagnant at about $500k per quarter

The Company expects drilling and completion activity at East Oklahoma to be continuous for the next five months as the Company continues with its immediate goal of having gas from East Oklahoma to sales by the end of calendar 2009.

the Company is participating in a Joint Venture with a Dallas based group of private oil and gas investors and Red Fork anticipates that 10 new wells will be drilled and tested in the area by the end of the 2009 calendar year.

Regarding new acquisition
This new project is expected to deliver an immediate material increase in Red Forks gas production and revenue and will significantly increase the Companys inventory of drilling locations as well as its gas reserves.
Post closing of the Agreement, Red Fork will be in a position to provide more detail on the production and revenue profile for this new project as well as its intended development plan and likely positive impact on the Companys existing plans and forecasts.

Regarding sale of West Tulsa gas
Gas produced from these wells (in excess of 300,000 cubic feet per day) is currently shut-in or is being vented. This gas will be directed to sales as soon as the pipeline has been constructed and commissioned, generating approximately US$1,000,000 in additional revenue for the project.
This work is expected to be completed during the December quarter at a cost of approximately US$15,000 with first gas sales expect before the end of 2009.
