Dragon Mining, the Duck-trouble in Kuusamo

Dragon has been relatively silent about the Kuusamo project which failed EIA last summer.
Local people are against the project in substantially uranium containing ore close to 2nd largest skiing resort Ruka.
On last Monday Dec 9th Kuusamo city council decided that so called "ankka"(duck)-model is the basis of
the land planning in Kuusamo. The duck is a duck-shaped region, where mining is not allowed, including the Juomasuo-mine claim of Dragon. Here is link to local paper with title "Duck-model has strong political support".
If the land planning would proceed as  planned, Dragon may loose its major rights in Kuusamo.

Should this be also considered as a failure providing accurate information timely for shareholders?

On Dec 9th Dragon lost the environmental permit of one of its two active mine in Orivesi,
there appears to be no release on this:
