fitsch. All depends on your trading plan. They have more than 1.6b shares, they have just under 2.1b shares, not counting the options.
What difference if they have 600m shares, 1.6b shares or 3b share if you think it will go up.
Market cap is still relative to the share price, it's what you think the market cap can be, not how many shares they have.
But it does affect people in investing with companies with large number of share, but obviously depends on the company.
