Yes, I did say 8.4cents, but when I was prompted I did also highlight that a key support level was at around the 9.5cent mark.

As for "no other chartists coming up with the same conclusion", well I'm sorry to correct you 202120, but haspete agreed with me that this stock is quite overbought at this stage, and if you have a look back through his video on PEN recently I'm sure you'll find that we have reached similar conclusions.
