Let's see how we are travelling with my 2020 forecast from 18/02/20:
- I expect the deal agreed with the cornerstone investors to be completed by the end of February (or shortly thereafter) - Delayed (due to coronavirus situation) but completed - Shareholder approval by mid March - Probably in April but just a formality - First substantial deal signed in the US before the end of April (Perhaps with Eldridge?) - Still to come, but PH APAC deal done.Potentialy 3000 stores (+KFC?) - Quarterly in April to show revenue between US$400,000 and US$500,000. - New deals to be signed on a monthly basis by September. - Recurring revenue in the September quarter to be US$500,000+ - Cash flow positive by the end of 2020 or first quarter 2021 - Listing of DTS on the US stock market by the end of 2021
Looks to me everything is on track.
