Whatever their intentions mrajm,
as a substantial holder Drake do have the right to have meaningful communication with Management
that is not abusive and restrictive.
They raised concerns that were supposed to have been addressed in good faith
and obviously weren't.
imo, the onus is on the SMN board to clarify / rectify the situation,
rather than allow it to drag on & further discredit their abilities to run an ASX listed entity,
for the benefit of all shareholders
