The "Change in substantial holding" ann from 02/10/2014 states that Drake is still a 8.94% shareholder (290,000,000 shares). There wasn't another ann in regards to that afterwards, so they should still have that amount of shares.
Then the "Notice of expiry and clarification" ann from the 03/11/2014 states that Drake remain a substantial holder.
