You can say that but on the flip side you can say that no other directors have sold so they still have faith in the company.
So many have been praising the merits of this company and its great future. Now a director sells and suddenly the company's fundamentals go down the drain? Or are most here parading as believers but are really short-term traders?
I love the psychology. This happens everytime a director sells a stock, a horde of angry holders vent their anger.
