The trouble is, anecdotal cases like these mean nothing for standard of care guidelines. And, this "binary" outcome risk is not something that every investor is comfortable with, even though the probability of success might be like 90%. That's why market cap is still $1.8bn when, if we are successful, we will easily do over $1bn in revenue on 85% margin
