Off course the director will pay less if the price is lower ,its at a vwap ,its all clear too see , .Our trading group has a vwap of 3.7c but this trading is normal ,, if you were sick of this process, you would have done the research and seen that this placement was always going to be an inside job at an 80% vwap at the 5 days immediately prior to issue . This was all announced 4 weeks ago, they are not going to suddenly pull up sticks and do a placement at the prevailing market price . No other forces have entered the game ,,its all down too ordinary resolution 5 that people decided too ignore.
BTW it wont be 50 mill
