Sandy is definately of the inflationary camp. He prescribes to the theory that MBS and CMBS will gradually inflate and the money pumped in to the system from governments around the world will be used in chasing higher prices oil, gold etc.
I do not disagree with him entirely, though time scale is a factor.
That is why he could be looking at oil stocks, such as NDO.
A JV in the Phillipines is not out of the question, especially with Talisman buying up half of Papua New Guinea, which would have put the backs up many an oil producer!!!!!!!
As for $300 oil, I doubt it, but it depends on how much devaluation the US$ needs to do.
