All sound and plausible possibilities.
Some other considerations that need to be considered:
LNG signs a GSA with MEL - but MEL do not have the resources to fund upstream development.
It's pretty clear that only major energy companies have the funding capacity and appetite for the execution risk associated with CSG field development.
MEL will need to find a farm-in partner to fund field development.
If I was LNG Ltd, I'd want to have a say in who farm's in with MEL. HQCEC with access to funding via CNPC will be calling the shots at LNG when push comes to shove.
This keeps on leading me to the narrow conclusion that LNG will want Arrow to control supply to FLLNG.
