I concur with the posters indicating ML is imo in the bag, DRC put on this event, sign off on intent to move their economy forward & to be a significant cog in the progression towards climate change (for the better), looking for investment into their country, what better way to show the investment world than fairly shortly afterwards signing the ML with a company that's shown its got the community & environment in mind, showing they mean business.
