This is really a battle of 'preferred employer' between the West and Chinese in the DRC...
Western companies will have to offer better incentives to govt / workers.
Not limited to DRC either, all of Africa. Same battle was fought in Indonesia.
If Chinese commodity companies can vertically integrate to Chinese industry and cut giants like Glencore out of the loop... see where this is going? Witness Vale (China/Brazil) vs. BHP and RIO.
