20m is already set with Due Dillegence a formality, it wont be needed anyhow as the award from ICC is already 14m EURO

ICSID only reserves ownership, it is up to DRC to either stall the project or issue a license for it to move forward. But rather i expect we will get mining license for the south and buy-out for the north. Either way it will be cash + back to work.. Great outcome
