They already breaked the Mining Code several times. Not only in our case. And the world bank never stopped payments because of a icsid ruling, you will find that information. To believe they start with it in our case is believing too. There are only two possibilities: the drc is a Chinese state and will ignore the rulings, or your opinion that they will follow it. But if they feared a ruling they need to follow, why the hell are we in that situation?
