Congo says Opposition Tshisekedi has won the presidential election, so it looks like Kabila has not pushed to ensure his candidate was elected. Surely it will quell some dissent since an opposition party has been victorious. (There was always going to be some dissent, however... it was the degree of it that was of most concern.)
