Transport is a major problem in construction phase,
it's quite landlocked and booming allover
high prices and deadlines are the problem
As a takeover candidate it would surprise me, you never know of course, but most of companies cited here before have so much projects-prospects they just don't have the interest, manpower and money to consolidate right now
Most are still struggling to get it right for the Commission
What one has seen as consolidation and Chinese contracts was directly related to Kabila's think tank confidants
