The next month leading up to the ICC could be interesting imo.

I just can’t see how Zijin and Cominiere would want the ICC case next month to go forth, their actions were illegal and it’s easily provable. Unless the arbitrator is compromised the ICC proceeding will expose them. Also their later ICC damages claim means zilch if the first case is unfavourable to them.
AVZ feels Zijin/Com/China influence over DRC officials is too great and getting ML is thus unlikely - hence their ICSID arbitration against DRC gov. IMO this move causes somewhat of a stalemate, and the way out for all parties is a settlement of some sort, otherwise it gets very ugly all around and drags on for potentially years. Money of Mine guys may be right on the settlement bit.

Pure speculation, no one has any idea exactly what’s going on. I just can’t see how Zijin would be wanting this ICC case to go ahead. The other ICC damages case is very perplexing too IMO.
