Anyway, I did a quick google search on Mali (I rarely do, as it’s largely a rather insignificant country when it comes to minerals, strategic importance or population). That google search told me 6 French soldiers have been wounded in the LATEST suicide attack. Seems pretty insecure to me. How about you worry about your many issues in Mali before you start putting on your tin foil hat.

Isn’t there a wisescale terrorist situation in the country? One of the most insecure regions in the world.
