There are signficant protest due on the 19/10, bu the real deadline is mid-december when Kabila is supposed to step down, according to the opposition.
I think someone else on here argued that the risk always has been around, and TGS and other coys just get on with business, irrespective of what is going on around them. I suppose it is a fair argument.
