    Perhaps the 70m was for new ministers

    but irrespective, the iron hold zinjin had with MoM, CAMI, MoP etc has weakened.

    Irreresespective my vote is take our reward through ICISD / ICC or buy-out, get the hell out of the DRC for AVZ and any other investment / charity etc.. a sh*thole
