    What article doesn't cover is the Chinese have lent $5B to the DRC govt for mining and infrastructure projects which should assist in fast tracking to Cu and Co extraction.

    I also not some interesting discussion on TGS thread. Not sure why that is getting more attention than MWE (assume its the pending JORC)?
