The Randgold price continues to plummet and is below the Price DRD stated itt needed to remain above as an earlier "condition" for its bid for EMP to proceed.

With the waters now muddied for DRD with a "blocking stake" likely to prevent DRD from gaining the scrip volume of EMP that it is after there is the possibility (given the falling Randgold price) that DRD might decide to quit EMP and sell out.

What would be the effect of that on EMP's shareprice.
