I don't agree with your assertion that there will be another 1/2 billion shares....that will only happen if Dutchess can sell them. So someone needs to buy them and the company has to be prepared to sell them at a certain price.
I don't think that they will be as willing to sell at any price and this facility will never be enough to refinance the maturing notes.
BUT I think this news may be enough to tip noteholders over to roll the notes for another couple of years.
That and a lazy couple of million cash in the tin, and I think we're there. Seems like it is more tangible and real after this NEWS than ever.
