This latest issue is for $11,000 under "Subscription Agreement" not "Equity Line of Credit". This means a private placement and not Dutchess.

I suspect these will not hit the market. I suspect this is a top 20 shareholder stumping up some cash before 30 June. If so, do you think turning $11k into $13,750 is the play? Maybe $11k (0.4c) into $22k (0.8c), but $2 or $3 grand, I doubt.

Having said that, half of today's trade has been at 0.5c while the other half at 0.6c.
