    Hi All

    Yes - settlement funds in MLI's trust a/c as confirmed by the Quarterly dated 31 March 09 - the settlement must have now gone through (no longer under trust a/c)as we are now in April 09

    MLI's mgmt would only include these funds into their Quarterly Report as it had been subsequently settled in April 09

    We can assume settlement has gone through

    MLI will be re-rated today - hope it will goes back up to at least 20c above
