Jan. 21 (Bloomberg) -- DRDGold Ltd. said it agreed to buy the 50 percent it doesnt already own in Ergo Mining Ltd. from Mintails Ltd. for 82 million rand.
The company will pay 62 million rand in cash and settle the balance with shares in its Witfontein tailings deposit on Johannesburgs West Rand, the company said in an e-mailed statement today.
