Cost of capital doesn't apply to DRE. They will either sell it,. get taken out or JV the project with a much larger company. They dont intend to develop the project and probably wont need to.
I am getting ready to buy a chunk of stock in licks as the tech chart stop loss flippers leave. Probably the same guys paying 15c. Thats the market. The wild card remains news.
