Agree with all you have said and I won’t be paying any CGT this year either it’s been a crappy year for me. If the market takes another downturn DRE can still easily outperform the index’s by doing what DT’S summary of what in store this coming second half of the year as even in a poor market than are always standouts in the green on the back of successful exploration, fingers crossed my monies on. The trading these past few weeks have been pretty strong and mostly going a couple of hundred K per day and I don’t think it’s pip trading and more to do with picking up a solid amount in accumulation before the news begins.
