Interesting patterns seem to repeat in DRE..... Big 1 day pump on news followed by a few weeks of downward pressure followed by all-time new highs.
Pattern 1 Going back to JAN 2021.

Pattern 2 going back to FEB 2022.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Future Pattern in play now with the recent 1 day 70% up day on 31 AUG 2023.
Any thoughts from anyone would be appreciated.
