Both timing and volume were well known to market. The con note price was within range when issued. Just because they see 6.2c as too good an opportunity isnt bad. Cressy bought above market .0115 when price was .010. Volume was way above daily average so large people selling out but Sp still went up 10%. The key driver here is lots of volume by people making good profits in DRE, i restate this is not a bad thing
